My background spans L&D strategy, LMS and LXP consultancy, system implementations, and e-learning development, supporting organisations from initial platform selection through to rollout, optimisation, and ongoing improvement.

I’ve worked extensively with leading learning platforms including Totara, Cornerstone, Degreed, Moodle, and SAP SuccessFactors, helping organisations configure, integrate, and scale learning environments that genuinely meet business needs.

Alongside platform consultancy, I design and develop high-quality e-learning content, with a strong focus on compliance, professional development, and learner engagement.
My approach balances sound learning theory with practical, real-world application, ensuring training is not only compliant, but meaningful and effective.

I’m also an educator in learning technology, passionate about helping organisations use smart tools, automation, and modern learning technologies to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the learner and admin experience.
